DOG pooooooooo prank

SHIT!
we used a fake rubber dog poo to fool our english and business studies masters (who are brothers).Unfortunately, each time they reached the spot where the poo was placed, they side stepped it.
So we guess we need a prank that is practical and more intense.
please help!!!
