fixing the evestrogh

I thought my neighbor know everything decitful at that should fix the down pout so it quits banging with wind. Parks all his cars outside year around because the garage is pack full of junk. So here is the idea take some fishing line tie it around the downspout tie it to his car. Wait for the early bird to take off and let the fishing line get taught and rip the shit right of his house. The noise that would make, the thought of him getting punked. Film it happening I would just laugh by ass off.
