Hate somebody? Sign them up for every free mail subscription you can find online. If you have their email address, that's an added bonus, as you can sign them up for email subscriptions. It'll only take a couple bogus sign-ups for their addresses to propagated through third-party sites, and then the junk mail will never stop! Use a fake name if you really want an added "wtf" factor.
