Go online and search up ways to block a channel in this case. I'm using OSN so I searched up "how to block a channel on osn" once you've learned how block all of your sister's favorite channels. She won't know why and she can't blamed it on you! That way she'll miss out on all she likes and my sister has her eyes glued to the TV 24/7 hope this helps! Good luck!
