Make a pass the parcel.
Wrap it up to make it look really big.
And for the prize in the middle, put one price of candy.
Wrap with lots and lots of layers to trick the players into thinking it's a massive prize.

Put rainbow food dye on the toothbrush then you cover it with a bit of toothpaste wait until your target goes and brushes their teeth...
