Almost every car has a radiator drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. usually its a petcock valve on the passenger side facing the motor...... simply lay down and reach under the front bumper and find this valve, and loosen it or remove it...causing the engine coolant to empty. when your target goes for a drive the engine will overheat and if they do not catch it quick enough, they will crack the block or at the very least major damage and leave them with no transportation for a while.
