Saran Wrapped Toilet
Its simple. just put saran wrap on the toilet seats in the victims house. When the victim goes to use the bathroom, he/she will have a sweet surprise waiting for them. But be careful that her/his parents don't use it first. Maybe trick the victim into saying to have a contest who can drink the most water.

Put rainbow food dye on the toothbrush then you cover it with a bit of toothpaste wait until your target goes and brushes their teeth...
